Lavender Pork Marinade
Combine:
- 3/4
cup minced fresh mint (lavender is in the mint family)
- 2
tablespoons coarsely chopped dried culinary lavender buds
- 2
tablespoons minced garlic
- 1/4
cup soy sauce
- 3
tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 3
tablespoons olive oil
Marinade
in the refrigerator at least overnight. This makes enough
to marinade 2 pork tenderloins or 1 pork roast.
Cook
to taste. Garnish with mint and a favorite chutney. |
